In the process of buying a house in Louisville Ky, your contract has been accepted. Your work, for the time being, is done. We've already negotiated the terms of your contract. So now it's our job to make sure everything we need goes according to plan and we close your new home on time.

After Your Contract Is Accepted, We Begin The Louisville Real Estate Closing Process

Our administrative team now begins their duties ensuring everything runs according to schedule on your closing. All parties will be coordinated ad communicated with in a timely and professional manor.

The contingencies are the first part of the process. Your contact stated when all of the inspections would take, and how long we have to respond to any work we want done according to the contract. Therefore it is important that your Louisville, KY Realtor coordinates with the opposing parties selling agent, you and our contract to close coordinator ensuring no deadlines of the contract are missed. Should we find anything that cannot be resolved according to your satisfaction our agents will work with you to offer solutions to whatever concern come up.

Once the contingency deadlines are satisfied, we move forward on the purchase of your new home. It's a good idea to find Louisville Homeowners Insurance at this time. If you already have an insurance provider we recommend sticking with someone you already trust. At times, you can get a better rate if your home and vehicles are all insured by the same company.
